  • The Food Foundations Blueprint is a 6-week group program. Each week we’ll focus on one essential “building block” of food foundations, with live group lessons, interactive exercises, and practical tools you can use right away.

  • All sessions are held live on Zoom. You can join from anywhere in the world, right from your computer or phone. Calls are interactive, supportive, and always recorded so you can rewatch if you miss one.

  • No worries! Every live session will be recorded and uploaded so you can watch at your own pace. You’ll still get access to all handouts, slides, and weekly focuses. Plus, you can share your “ah-ha’s” in the group space and get feedback even if you can’t be there live.

  • This program is designed for busy professionals and health-seekers who want clarity and confidence around food. It’s for you if you’re:

    • Tired of energy crashes, bloating, or second-guessing your meals

    • Wanting sustainable systems (not restrictive diets)

    • Excited about personal growth + community learning

    • Ready to build lasting habits in a fun, supportive environment

  • Yes! While this is a group program, you’ll get:

    • Feedback + encouragement in the private group space

    If you’d like more 1:1 support, you’ll also have the option to join Foundations Academy, where you get two private sessions per month alongside ongoing group lessons.

    • Continue practicing what you’ve built, or

    • Join the Foundations Academy for deeper coaching, ongoing group support, and advanced lessons.
